They serve healthy and delicious curry since 1997 in Shinjuku and have 3 branches in Shinjuku area. Amazingly good valued buffet lunch at around JPY 1,000. You can enjoy not only curry, but also other foods at dinner time. Their curry uses a combination of vegetables and fruits along with extra virgin olive oil and uniquely blended 25 spices. They use purified water filtered through a ceramic filter for everything from cooking to drinks. Plus mineral sea salt “Uminosei” from Izu Oshima island. Plus, gluten free and no chemical seasoning needless to say. If you are really health conscious, try curry at Moyan.
