If you want to ensure to dine in a tatami room, I recommend you to book in advance. Variety of cuisines such as Miso-flavored beef hot-pot, hand-made stone-grilled hamburger, Wagyu Sushi, fresh Sashimi, home-made Miso-pickled cheese and so on.
