Shinjuku ite visits the Summer festival at Shinjuku Central Park held yearly after Obon period between 13th and 16th in August. Obon is the most important Buddhist festival in Japan.
Shinjuku Central Park is located in 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station west exit, next to Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
So 1st off, I visited the observatory deck in Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building to see whether we can overview Mount Fuji. which is usually hard to witness from the observatory deck since the direction is foggy most of the time. Yet, we are lucky today able to view the mount fuji.
